The following Mardi Gras policy outlines the conditions which you accept when buying a ticket for the Harbour Party or Mardi Gras Party.

  • Mardi Gras reserve the right to refuse a ticketholder admission to the event or to evict a person from the event in any of the following circumstances;

    • If the Ticketholder fails to produce appropriate identification

    • If the Ticketholder refuses to make their clothes, bags, containers or other possessions available for search by Security

    • If the Ticketholder attempts to bring in alcohol and/or prohibited illegal substances into the event

    • If the Ticketholder breaks a condition of entry, licensing laws or conducts any illegal activity at the event

    • If the Ticketholder is affected by the consumption of alcohol or drugs

    • If the Ticketholder participates in dangerous activities including aggressive dancing, moshing, stage diving and intimidation

    • If the Ticketholder refuses to surrender any liquids, including eye drops or nasal sprays.

  • Entry is restricted to persons over 18 only. Proof of age is required.

  • You may be subjected to a pat down and bag search upon entry.

  • No glass, weapons, tents, large umbrellas, inflatables, portables seats are permitted.

  • No commercial cameras or video cameras are permitted.

  • By entering this event you agree to being filmed and or photographed which may be used for promotional purposes.

  • Strictly no pass outs will be given.  Once you leave the event re-entry is not permitted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry

Please note there are restricted capacities at some stages, venues and tented structures within the events.  Once maximum capacity is reached in these areas there will be no further admissions.  Your purchase of an event ticket does not guarantee admission to these areas in such cases.
